The CCB Regulatory Services Analytics & Reporting group is leading a transformation of how we report and analyze information across all CCB businesses and functions.
The activities of this team include developing interactive dashboards, analyzing cross line of business relationships and impacts, and analyzing consumer behaviors and the impacts to our business.

Within this organization, the Reporting team employ data visualization techniques to navigate the storyline, generate the right insights, and develop data-centric reporting solutions to answer questions quickly.
The Team partners closely with regulatory services leadership, senior management, and subject matter experts across Regulatory Operations to ensure successful implementation of tactical and strategic change efforts for the Production Support function that enable the firm to drive value and an outstanding customer experience
Role and Responsibilities – As a Regulatory Services Analyst, the candidate will (at a minimum)Conduct business process review, process and data flow mapping and develop automated solutions aimed at maximizing efficiency and minimizing risk.
Maintain business process tools and ensure compliance with changing business processes and requirements.
Gathers, inputs and manipulates data for routine reporting purposes
Validate accuracy of data and assists with report preparation/generation using SAS, Alteryx, Python and BI tools
Help solve production break fixes and distribute reports to internal and external audiences
Identify opportunities to further automate manual reports and initiate enhancements to increase efficiency
Develop and maintain highly visual Dashboards for Regulatory Operations with focus on highlighting opportunities and risks to drive the business forward.
Develop and maintain control reporting and operational/regulatory scorecards
Deliver consistent, top quality business/performance reporting to all of our internal customers across Regulatory Operations
