Responsibilities
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for the development and execution of the sourcing/hiring plan – using data and market insights – ensuring that recruiting philosophies, strategies and processes are optimized to deliver the highest value and impact to the business to deliver on the People and Talent Agenda.

You will be a trusted advisor to your hiring managers and act as a custodian for great talent for Microsoft.

A constant focus will be placed on hiring the top talent for today, with Diversity being paramount, and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future.

The successful applicant will have a strong track-record of working with mid to senior level candidates and stakeholders to deliver outstanding impact.

You will be an expert in partnering and collaborating; be obsessed with your stakeholders’ needs and relentless in your pursuit of meeting their exceptionally high expectations.

You will be a recruiter who will drive excellence in yourself – adapting and driving for results.

Stakeholder/Client Engagement
You use data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise a client group on the implications of talent gaps; leads the development of recruiting processes and strategies.

You apply deep knowledge of factors relevant to the business and hiring managers’ needs (e.
