What is the Investment Data Innovation Services group responsible for?
Investment Data Innovation Services group enables quantitative and fundamental research.
This central group partners with risk and research analysts to develop quantimental insights to generate alpha generation.
What is the Quantitative Analyst responsible for?
In this position, you will generate ideas, develop factors and models across equities, fixed income and multi-asset strategies groups.
Using alternative, market and internal datasets, you will create & present insights to the investment research professionals.
What are the ongoing responsibilities?
Create useful insights using big data for user community.
Promote use of centralized data for research and risk uses.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects.
Advance uses of visualization and data models.
Apply investment skills to large data universe.
Develop dashboards, filters, and factor models.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Passionate about connecting investments insights to big data.
Drive for results with a startup mentality.
Advanced communication skills with the ability to work independently.
2-5yrs of experience of financial data and modeling experience.
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Proficient with SQL, Python, R and Power BI/Tableau.
