The Service Product Group Data & Analytics team is part of the Customer Experience Analytics Team and is responsible for analytics, reporting, and data design in support of all new One Chase Service (OCS) functionality.

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with strong data analysis skills to support the Service Product Group owner.

As a Senior Analyst you will work with a cross-functional team to support the development of new functionality and modules within the One Chase Service application.

This will include providing analysis on large amounts of historical data to help develop business cases.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining periodic reporting to support ongoing evaluation of existing functionality.

Finally, you will participate in developing requirements to capture the appropriate data from new OCS modules to support future analytic exercises and customer journey mapping.
