Job Summary:-
TE Connectivity’s Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization’s Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives.

They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met.

Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses.

They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.

The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

Role/Responsbilities:
In process and Customer Quality
Responsible to review and ensure all processes are running according to system.

Responsible for Shop floor review in all shifts
Responsible for Review of agency resource planning
Responsible for process and product audit as per QMS requirements
Knowledge of drawing reading and GD&T.

Team Coordination
Elimination of defects at different stages in production by using quality tools
Responsbilities:
Responsible for handling of customer complaints and audits independently.

Responsible for Coordinating with the team for preparing monthly/weekly/daily consolidated PPM, CQPQ and defining/tracking improvement actions.

Responsible for ensuring Poka-yoke are working effectively.

Responsible to Consolidate in process scrap
Responsible for Preparing Analysis report & 8D report for the concern raised.

Responsible for Audits.

(LPA) Part of new product development to identify potential defects and poke yoke at initial stage
Desirable Candidate:
Diploma / BE/ B.

Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics), 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in the harness processes
Six sigma green belt / black belt preferred
Knowledge of state-of-the-art wire harness processes
Knowledge of CAPA, VDA, IATF
Handling of export customers preferred
