Brief Job Description

As a manager of the QA team, you will apply your knowledge of software testing capabilities to manage QA tasks associated with test planning, test execution, according to provided specifications.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections.

Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development.

Demonstration of clear expertise in some key areas is critical to succeed in this role

BS or MS in Computer Science or closely related field with 15+ years of solid industry experience with hands-on product development and at least 5 years of experience in managing cross functional teams
