Job Summary:-
Job RoleLead projects and enhancements related to Credit Risk and Credit Monitoring
Upon receiving request for initiation of project (from Seniors / stakeholders), discuss with Team leader for preparation of initiation
Review functional documents, project plans, prepare/review solution documents, getting signoff on the requirements from stakeholders, review Test Cases, configuring systems, conducting/review UAT
Understanding system functionalities and map user requirements to the functionalities, provide solutions
Ensure proper tracking of issues, escalation to seniors for critical issues and timely closure
Complete activities as per plan for activities assigned
Additionally, assist other team members in completion of the activities as per instructions from team lead as and when required
Extensively liaison with Credit Monitoring, Credit, Operations and IT departments.

Lead discussions with vendors/ consultants, for project scoping, planning, documentation, costs, timelines and delivery
Keeping abreast with market / regulatory developments and best practices pertaining to Credit RiskJob RequirementsSound understanding of Banking Products CA, CCOD, Loans, Limits
Hands-on experience on Credit Monitoring, Credit Risk systems as a Business Analyst or End User
Prior work experience in Credit domain for at-least 5 years, overall experience of 8-12 years.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good understanding of project management life cycle.

Good at planning, stakeholder management and execution
Ability to lead multiple cross asset, cross functional projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, comfortable in making project related documents.

Excellent quantitative and qualitative skill-set and demonstrate strong application.

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication (both verbal and written) and ability to work independently as well as team player.
