Job Summary:-
Job Description
Act as a link between the business and the development team to ensure that the requirements are met and help the larger IT team cross functional cross skilled to deliver solution that works for client Elicit requirements from varied stakeholder groups
Own end to end documentation of requirements including version control and required signoff from stakeholder groups
Translate requirements from operations to functional requirements
Analyze and document business requirements in the form of process use cases and deliver input to technical teams
Guide the development team in UAT Design acceptance criteria
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Candidate should have a good understanding and experience of working with evaluating needs visualization and documentation of system support requirements within functional area such as CRM P2P R2R etc
Experience of working agile environment is preferred
