Your Role and Responsibilities
Project Manager – PMO Training & Hiring is responsible for team operations in training, finance, and hiring.

As a Project Manager you should have experience in consolidating Training needs and hiring needs, status reports, collaborating with people.

Working with IBM procurement, finance, recruitment & vendors to fulfill team needs.

Creating a presentable report.

Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel.

Should have experience reviewing status reports (for language, dates etc).

Should have good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Should be a go getter, experience working in a matrix structure collaborating with extremely busy stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Training needs identification (Internal & External)
Hiring Needs identification & approvals.

Adhering to IBM general Audits and assisting teams to be compliant
Following up for status report.

Facilitate periodic cadence meetings and reports.

Aggregating status reports & Review status reports
Supporting excel based metric reporting
Maintaining PMO repository for status reports, process, version control
Supporting PMO team in follow up activities, creation of PowerPoint status reports, Jira/wiki/confluence-based status reports
Adhering to IBM process for Hiring, Training, Procurement & Finance
Assist in Hiring, Approvals etc
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Good experience on Training PMO operations and techniques
Good Experience in defining and improving Hiring Process
Good Data management skills
SAFe based agile practice, hands on experience
Should have experience in consolidating status reports, collaborating with people.

Creating a presentable report.

Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
