Project Coordinator – (210002YH)
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Support project team on daily project implementation and regular follow up with provincial team to manage implementation in line with work plan and project scope.
Assist with provincial team to plan and conduct project kick off meeting at provincial level.
Support local team to develop a comprehensive cash distribution plan and get sign off of program lead.
Oversee the implementation of BHA project (food security and WASH) activities.
In consultation with supervisor and FSL and WASH technical staff in country office, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate all project activities.
Coordinate the emergency response project (food security and WASH) activities including area selection, beneficiary selection, community capacity and coordination.
Ensure completion of any required monitoring as outlined by his/her line managers and the MEAL unit of Save the Children to ensure the integrity of project management and monitoring data.
Maintain all documentation relating to emergency response project activities to ensure accountability to the donor, Save the Children management and project stakeholders.
Work with Provincial Senior Manager to prepare monthly cash forecast fo, including the costs relating to all procurements and payment to project beneficiaries.
Submit regular activity reports, providing information as required by project for dissemination and feedback.
Coordinate on administrative matters relating to emergency response project activities: time-sheets, payment procedures and schedules, procurements, security including documentation, approval and actual payment, any other required paper-work, liaison with finance and procurement.
Report on any problems encountered in the field such as project participant complaints, local authority interference and security threats to staff and activities.
Provide full support to finance team for distribution of cash to project beneficiaries and respective suppliers.
Whenever required, give company to representatives of project stakeholders during joint-monitoring visits.
