Program Analyst, Media Community Development

- Develop data centric strategies to drive effective scaled programs for partners across lead acquisition, product engagement and growth education.
- Work with program managers and partner managers to help define strategy, create metrics to evaluate success and measure impact of outreach channels and service models for media partners.
- Analyze and rigorously measure results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization of future programs and campaigns.
- Understand partner performance, collaborating with key stakeholders to inform & understand analyses by providing suggestions for best metrics to be used.
- Build data pipelines, queries, and reporting from multiple data sources (internal and external) to generate partner dataset for marketing and program managers to leverage.
- BA or BS degree
- 3+ experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics roles
- Experience working in organizations with cross functional teams
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in dynamic environments
- Experience in multi-tasking and adapting well to changing environment
- A/B testing experience
- Experience with programming languages such as R or Python to build statistical models
- Experience at a consumer technology or media company
- Experience in growing scalable programs for Sales or Partnerships teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills
