Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst works closely with the business and technical teams.
This role is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business and functional requirements and ensures the analytical, build, test and deployment tasks related to both internally developed as well as third party solutions are successfully completed.
Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.
The Senior BA understands software development processes and is very analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a detailed-oriented, inquisitive, self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, enjoys working independently and thrives working under deadlines.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the process design, document and maintain systematic rule repository along with best practices notes.

Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
Create detailed requirements documents and translate into functional specifications.
Performs feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with project management teams to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate product functionalities.
Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
Own and develop relationship with partners and work with them to optimize and enhance integration.
Partner with multiple teams to develop overall solution design, costing and business case
Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer (User Experience Analysis).
