About the role
The candidate will work with highly skilled, highly motivated operations &engineering using Agile methodologies based on Scrum or Kanban.
The role embraces a DevOps environment the Developers are the Operators.
The work environment is to achieve the highest quality product in the most efficient amount of time.
Job Responsibilities :
Helping the team improve on their journey towards continuous delivery, which includes technical practices including continuous integration, continuous deployment and designing the business models for quick release
Establishing and maintaining close, collaborative working relationships with and between Agile team members and stakeholders to provide transparency and create accountability
Providing relevant and needed updates to stakeholders and management as needed
Individual contributor role that is fully proficient with Agile principles and practices; working independently and successfully delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule
Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development
Demonstrated ability to influence team and key stakeholders
Working in ambiguity and iterating to a solution can estimate and solve basic business problems without explicit direction
Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve business processes
Participate in a follow-the-sun model for 24×7 support of services on a rotating basis
Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and conflict resolution skillsIT Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge of Storage & Backup Infrstructure concepts
Knowledge of Virtualization & Cloud (VMWare, GCP, Azure, AWS or OpenStack)
Issue tracking and collaboration (Jira and Confluence)
