Job Summary:-
Responsibilities
Develop current and target state architectural representations of the business process.

These representations will ground the development of a long-term epic/feature roadmap
Standardize and maintain platform data dictionary for use with data analytics
Manage the initial backlog of work (JIRA) from the list of current state gaps that have been developed by our product area teams and their client communities
Create robust epics and user stories through the use of current and target state mapping, gap assessments, wire-frames, mock-ups, and use cases.

Partner with key business stakeholders (e.

g.

, Card, Home Lending, Auto, Consumer Banking, Brands) to identify business needs that strategically align to process automation/streamlining.

Assist and provide feedback in story mapping/collaboration sessions with information technology (IT) to develop user stories with adequate acceptance criteria.

Help drive the business-wide transformation to using agile methods of software delivery.

Assist with developing test plans, creating test cases and managing requirements traceability.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) execution during high-volume releases.

Provide post-implementation support when necessary.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Intermediate knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other process mapping applications required
Experience with process mapping, preferably in financial services.

Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management.

Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, lead groups to develop alternative solutions to complex problems, and think outside the box while driving consensus and recommending the best solutions.

Outstanding virtual team skills are a must while also being able to work independently and with limited direction from management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment.
