About the Role:
Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes from a TCO perspective, validation of quotation price with Vendor
Vendor Onboarding process, correction of vendor records and management.
Contribute to the maintenance of the supplier database and follow up with vendors on required documentation.
Process requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders to supplier.
Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation
Effectively communicate and efficiently resolve issues with all internal and external partners
Maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce policies and procedures
Support management reporting on Procurement KPIs,MIS activities.
Self-manage within assigned accountabilities
What Youll Need:
Candidate with 3-5 years experience in Buyer P2P expertise + Data Analytics experience.
Supplier Performance Management
Identify sourcing opportunities and areas for improvements in the Sourcing process, through analysis of historical events, performance and trends
Performing Supplier relationship management and reviews
Support measurements / activities to improve defined KPIs
Management and maintenance of the Procurement Trackers
Assisting Procurement Indirect Team with spend analysis
Actively work with internal stakeholders, such as local country Procurement, business unit, supply chain & finance on operational related task under
