Job Title – Principal Software Engineer – PLSQL, Snowflake, ELT and ETL
As a Principal Engineer you will be part of Analytics Platform team within Workplace Solutions Business unit .

The Purpose of This Role
Data Engineering & Exchange group within Workplace Solutions Business Unit is focused on building and maintaining the Enterprise Data environments like Operational Data Store, Warehouse and Data Lake which are essential for business reporting and analytics capability.

Principal Software Engineer will be working as part of a core technology team ,working with Business Analysts, Architects, Data Modelers, Scrum Master and other engineers from various teams across the globe to deliver the solutions which will delight our customers quality processes and transitioning our data stores to the cloud.

The Value You Deliver
As a Principal Engineer you will be responsible for
Timely development and delivery of the Database components based on the requirement.

Recommending and following the best engineering practices.

Actively participate in release planning, daily stand up as well as helping team with tactical activities like code review, design optimization etc.

Regularly provides guidance, training and mentoring to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations
Provide technical expertise in building our next generation data platform on Cloud (AZURE).

Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and best practices to solve business problems by driving design, development and ongoing support.

The Skills that are Key to this role
Experience in Data analysis, design and Strong programming skills in Oracle, Snowflake SQL and PL/SQL, ETL development using Informatica.
