Amazon Care is seeking a leader who will focus on health insights and strategies to improve care delivery and outcomes for our employees and their families served by Amazon Care.
We are a passionate team working to build a best-in-class healthcare product designed to make high-quality healthcare easy to access.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience:Working in value based care arrangements for commercial and government payers (MIPS, MACRA)
With healthcare data systems and data to demonstrate total cost of care and value of a delivery model.
Working through cross functional teams.
This role will participate in key initiatives to enhance Amazon Care services.
