, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, is seeking to fill an exciting business intelligence (BI) role on the Internal Audit team.

The principal will report to the Director of Analytics and support the execution of audits and related activities, with an emphasis on data intelligence and visualization.

The role will be a key contributor in the development of advanced analytics that will evolve into machine learning use cases that influence the Workday product suite.

The principal will also be responsible for building strong working relationships with the audit and product teams to identify risk scenarios that help accelerate the development of our current audit and risk intelligence programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Build analytics leveraging the Workday Product Suite (e.

g.

Report Writer, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics).

Build and evangelize risk and fraud prediction use cases that contribute to product development initiatives .

Define and implement procedures that elevate the use of advanced data analytics in all core internal audit activities.

Partner with internal audit members on ad-hoc analytics in support of audits and investigations.

Advocate the use of data throughout the audit process with an emphasis on continuous auditing and continuous monitoring practices.
