Job Summary:-
The Role
The Portfolio Analyst is responsible to support the Information Digital Technology (IDT) Managers and Product Managers with managing the lifecycle of the Product or the portfolio of applications, where the portfolio is of such as size that it requires additional support.

The Portfolio Analyst will also support the IDT Managers and Product Managers with managing the funnel of demand and maintain data accuracy in ServiceNow.

The role closely collaborates with the Strategy & Planning manager and the PMO’s.

You will have a chance to explore other areas of IT and IRM, ranging from Financial Planning to aspects of Shell’s IRM Control Framework and management of the Lightly Managed Applications estate within Corporate.

You will be building a sound understanding of Demand Management, Financial Planning and Portfolio management.

Where possible you will contribute to opportunities in the different Corporate IT portfolios and gain external insights in support of your assignments.

Provide support to the Product Manager or Application Portfolio Manager with managing corresponding lifecycles.

Contributes to senior business stakeholder engagements by supporting the IDTM to inform, influence, and challenge with data-driven insights.

Supports the IDTM to ensure that value data is correctly represented, managed and reported in IT business management tools.

Drives adherence to KPI metrics for ServiceNow data accuracy.

Supports the IDTM’s in the end to end management of opportunity identification and realisation, including associated demand and value generation processes as well as performing project initiation activities.

Support IDTM’s and Product managers maintaining the demand funnel for the product/portfolio.

Maintain the integrated plan/roadmap (0-3 years) for the product/portfolio.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to help identify key events or decision points for the product/portfolio (i.

e.

major upgrades, architecture drivers, end of life, contract extensions, etc.

).

Provide regular and ad hoc data and reports on the product/portfolio to stakeholders, using ServiceNow and BI reporting capabilities.
