The Role Responsibilities
Ensures that plans established for SF projects are maintained / tracked to ensure the programme is managed in a manner that maximises probability of delivery of the project objectives.

Supports the successful delivery of projects through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.

Co-ordinates and administers the support that is required for the various forums that are required at the Project Level (PSC, CCB, PWG)
Strategy
Maintains the HR SF Project Management Plan (PMP)
Ensures that the minimum artefacts required by the project are collated and maintained in a common document repository
Maintains status of the Project in Clarity for efficient reporting of the PSC status report from Clarity.

Co-ordinates the various change requests, Red packs, Closure Reports being raised by PM/Workstream and consolidates them for presentation to
PSC
Business
Administers the submission, review and approval process for investment requests submitted to the PSC.

Takes meeting notes for the PSC
Works closely with the PM for development of Project PED, plans and benefit documents.

Work with the Project manager and Programme Finance teams to effectively manage the financials for the project.

Processes
Manages and tracks all the documentation requirements as per SCB ePMO/SDF requirements.

Ensures the documents have proper signof and loaded at appropriate folders in SP, PDR.
