Strong Communication Skills

o Clear, concise verbal and written communication

o Effective presentation skills (speaking + slide creation)

Solid Knowledge of Data, BI, and AI Technologies

o Experience leading programs involving data/BI tools

o Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus

o Familiarity with DataBricks is a plus

Robust Project Management Capabilities

o Detail-oriented with a focus on tactical execution

o Strong in budgeting and managing day-to-day PM tasks

Effective Stakeholder Management

o Proven ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders; not to work on PM as no updates from client
