Calibration and operation of XRF, XRD and interpretation of Limestone analysis through CBA
2.

Chemical analysis of all raw , semi finished and finished product.

Testing of all fuels for proximate, GCV and ultimate analysis and maintained data for BIS & NABL
3.

Physical testing of cement
4.

Testing of PP bags and timely reporting
5.

Maintaining ISO, ABOEF, NABL documents and various report generation through SAP
6.

Knowledge of SAP PPQM module
7.

Preparation of documents like SOP, HIRA & JSA, MOC etc
8.

Limestone pile preparation and coordination with Mines Dept.

9.

Knowledge of Blend expert (FLS) and online control of raw mix, able to develop subordinate
10.

Knowledge related to NABL Compliance
Mandatory Skills :
1.

Presentation skill
2.

MS office
3.

SAP PPQM knowledge
3.

BIS / NABL compliances
Qualifications : B Sc (PCM) / M Sc (Chem);
Certificate course in NABL will be given preference.
