We are currently looking for a vibrant and fun-loving person to join our growing team as a Performance Control Analyst.
1) Core ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the efficiency of call center operations and collection strategies to identify areas for further optimizations.
Analyze operation and financial indicators plus credit portfolios parameters to assess the productiveness and profitability of the debt recovery strategy or some particular project.
Assist in the daily control of the changing and testing of operational processes to define the proper debt recovery strategy for the clusters of clients.
Develop, standardize, and implement various reports and dashboards for our business units in MS SSRS and Power BI.
Provide analytical support for other business projects, such as building statistical, economical, or forecasting models.
Liaise with IT for database-related issues.
Troubleshoot any technical difficulties/issues raised by partner / seller in collaboration with Operations and Sales.
Makes recurrent performance and productivity analysis using existing reports in MIS.
2) Qualifications & SkillsUniversity degree in mathematics / statistics / economics cybernetics, preference for candidates have diploma with honor2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in collection companies, banks, financial organizationsAt least an intermediate (B1) level of EnglishSQL knowledge is a mustStrong proficiency in the MS Office suiteAdvanced Excel knowledge is a mustExperience in reporting solutions (MS SSRS, Power BI recommended)Strategic-thinking, analytical, and results-oriented*3) Salary & BenefitsYou will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic start-up environment to grow and develop your skills.
