You shall assist our senior personnel at the business level in the interpretation and management of HR data. You have interests to conduct internal and external research and to do benchmarking for organizational improvement. You will help to develop, implement, and manage data gathering and analysis processes and synthesizes and interprets data through the recognition of trends and causal patterns using statistical analysis, draws conclusions, and makes preliminary recommendations.
This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:

• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Optimizing and implementing (new) data processes and systems.
• Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards.
• Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.
• Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
• Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes.
• Develop & maintain a data glossary,
• Responsible for master data entry
• Partner with HR and Payroll on system upgrades and analyses
• Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction

About you:

• 2-3+ years of relevant HR experience. Previous working experience within large and multi matrix organizations will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in building and developing on standardized and regular reporting for HR/People Business Partners
• You are naturally curious with an eye for detail in data; You can interpret and understand scientific data; you can identify the trends, patterns, and relationships in it
• You have worked on HR reporting and metrics, and you are confident to present data, insights and recommendations to your stakeholders
• You must have advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI and experience with other tools are good to have
• You are resourceful and see yourself as a self-starter by being proactive during team discussions and executing surrounding action plans
