Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global OTC Manager, this role will be responsible for all order processing and account creations in SFDC, including order taking and billing, credit notes and re-issues.
Assist in all BUÂ’s across the Group to help with back log of orders
Exercise relevant controls and maintain quality of output in a KPI driven environment to achieve monthly billing and collections targets.
Establish a Right First Time (“RFT”) principle and Fix at source mindset throughout the teams
Skills & Experience
3+ years relevant experience in an International Business, at a supervisory level.

T.
expertise; first class Microsoft skills (especially MS XLS and ppt) with Salesforce.
com and a deep understanding of Accounting Software an advantage.
Detailed working knowledge through to the practical application of the latest industry standards in relation to accounts receivable; billing and collection of income and debtor management.
Comprehensive working knowledge of transactional processes and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
Strong insight into business analysis and business process redesign with experience of carrying out process reviews through to successful practical roll out.
Knowledge and experience of all methods of payment and the different payment channels for receiving customer payments.
Experience in measuring and managing performance, supported by the sound analysis of information and statistics.
