About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day to day responsibilities include: 1.
Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking 2.
Implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding students and tutors, and minimizing churn 3.
Overseeing the complete life cycle of the customer engagement 4.
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints 5.
Participating at key sales meetings 6.
Developing and managing customer portfolios 7.
Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience 8.
Shortlisting parents for upselling to next course 9.
Adding the parents to the upselling sheet for the Business development team 10.
Taking ownership of the payment pipeline 11.
Sending out reminders to the customers along with payment links

are available for full time (in-office) internship
have relevant skills and interests
can start the internship between 26th Mar’21 and 30th Apr’21
are available for duration of 3 months
have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
