The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Awareness and understanding of Bank’s strategy
Business
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Good analytical skills, understanding and experienced in Client Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes
Processes
To maintain high level Data quality
To ensure error free processing
Ensure Individual Productivity targets are met / surpassed
Compliance with all relevant Group Policies as applicable
Compliance with all relevant Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy
Compliance with Group Operational Risk procedures
People and Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.

Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.

Should be able to collaborate with team members to achieve the set objectives
Risk Management
Identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures
Governance
Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
