Job Description
The End User Technology team is committed to delivering enterprise class end user productivity solutions and is responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration, integration and migration to these technologies into the firm.
We are looking for a person to join the Office365 project team to translate and document business requirements and processes.
To undertake various gap analyses to aid the correct prioritization of tasks, activities and project focus.
Working with the relevant engineers, specialists and teams across the technology department.
The Office 365 program is a multiyear project and will be delivering O365 services to the vast majority of the firm.
The candidate will have a very strong analytical, presentation, organizational and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team.
Work closely with key business stakeholders and suppliers to understand and assess requirements documenting in a clear and concise manor
Participate in developing functional and none functional requirements, testing, training and implementing into production environments.
Elicit complex business requirements
Identification, capture, and recognition of benefits, and of continuing programme delivery success
Assess and document the benefits, risks, and critical success factors of the project or deliverable
