What you’ll be doing…
You’ll manage multiple agile projects with varied levels of complexity for the Verizon Consumer Group of applications. You’ll serve as a Business Analyst attending EpicProgram daily grooming sessions and will analyze, scope, and accept user stories to support system requirements for Systems of Engagement / Customer Interaction Channels. Programs include new product/feature launches, enhancements, experience redesign, and tech stack migration. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting project health and milestones for monthly software releases.
Overseeing the design and analysis of IT systems.

Eliciting requirements to resolve business problems.
Acting as liaison between the customer and the IT organization in order to supply technical solutions to meet user needs.

Analyzing customer operations to understand requirements and determining opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

Translating high-level customer requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization.
Identifying data sources, constructing data decomposition diagrams, and providing data flow diagrams and documents processes.
