Job Description:
As the Bracing Marketing Analytics Analyst you are responsible for proactively supporting the marketing team with meaningful analytics to support fact-based decision-making including marketing investment and business case recommendations.
Using multiple data sources, you will generate insights to improve the customer experience and achieve business results.
Responsibilities:
Execute quantitative analysis and develop statistical models to understand how our customers interact with our services to identify value creating opportunities and proactively identify risk
Design and drive experiments to form actionable recommendations
Present to business leaders in both ad-hoc forums and routine business reviews to drive decisions
Developing metrics and studies to understand customer behavior
Build scalable solutions and self-serve platforms that will provide insights that inform business decision making
Interface directly with stakeholders, gathering requirements and owning automated end-to-end reporting solutions
Guide the development of marketing investment strategy to increase the efficiency of promotional programs founded on metrics for measuring/improving program execution
Identify and address key business issues relative to market and brand performance ensuring that multiple stakeholder perspectives are considered
Use business knowledge to build assumption driven ‘What if’ analysis combined with trending and extrapolation models
Support marketing teams in the use of digital analytics to define goals, select appropriate KPIs, monitor performance and derive trends and opportunities
