Job Summary
The Market Research Analyst, 2 serves as an analyst for the Customer Insights and Interactions team.
Primary objective of the team is to measure the impact of consumer perceptions and customer experience on their engagement (behavioral and financial indicators).
The individual in the said role is responsible to design and implement an end to end survey by using appropriate tools and technologies.
The individual also conducts descriptive and statistical analyses on customer feedback captured from surveys to draw implications from this data, and take a story-driven approach to effectively present the results from the survey.
Results of analysis inform business decisions and provide content for client publications.
The role involves working closely with the Strategist, Senior Market Research Analyst on advanced analyses and strategic research projects as well as automating analyses and other key processes to improve department efficiencies
Job DescriptionEssential Job FunctionsSurvey Design and Programming – Develops surveys including questionnaire, analysis plan, sampling and logic.
Knowledge of programming and testing survey design on survey tools such as Qualtrics and Sawtooth etc.
Well versed with different research methodologies such as Conjoint & MaxDiff etc
Business Writing and Communication – Has strong b usiness writing skills – narrative, appealing, succinct.
Conveys complex research ideas in a compelling and easier way through writing.
Effective storyboarding to be able to communicate the story from survey findings.
Writes reports for senior management and/or external publications
