We are looking for a Manager to join our Marketing Analytics team! This role will manage a team of analysts seeking to unlock powerful insights to shape marketing strategy, investments, and recommendations.

In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to define marketing optimization strategies through identifying the foundational data architecture, crafting an analytics framework that will scale with the business, and building out a test and learn environment.

What youÂ’ll do:
Work as an extended team member of the Marketing organization to frame business problems into analytics roadmap, take ideas into implementation by enabling your team of analysts
Partner across marketing, product, data science, and engineering teams to create a scalable end to end solution that empowers the acquisitions marketing team to deliver accurate and timely return on investment measurements, incrementality models, media mix modeling, and optimization opportunities
Own metrics framework development for your domain; build accurate and easy to consume dashboards, collaborate with marketing team in goal setting, campaign performance reviews and strategy planning
Design sophisticated experiments and apply common methods such as linear and non-linear regression, multivariate analysis
Take initiative to identify current and potential problems and recommend the best solution given the tradeoffs
Influence partners and senior leaders through communicating across various levels of the organization in a clear and compelling way
Lead, mentor, and engage analysts to deliver high impact projects in alignment with organizational objectives
Who you are:
5+ years of shown experience in advanced analytics role; marketing analytics with focus on email, web, digital preferred
1-3 years of people management experience leading or mentoring analysts
Deep understanding of key marketing principles and experience implementing testing frameworks to inform decision-making
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python, Scala or R, or any other major machine learning programming language
