Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is looking for talented Engineering Manager to work with our Product Development teams in building and maintaining current DW products.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to implement and improve our products and platforms within the Data Domain.
Must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products.
And be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our companys data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.
UKG works in an agile environment with daily standups via self-managed cross functional teams.
The ability to communicate effectively with Software Engineers, Product Analysts, QAs, PMs, ERMs, CSMs, AMs as well as work closely with other key partners are key components for success in this position.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:Drive innovation and manage product development teams within a fast paced, agile environmentCultivate an environment of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback and metricsRecruit IT professionals with business and industry experience and develop, reward & energize a competent, effective team within the technology organization.
Identify and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforceManage and/or lead software development teams, obtaining necessary resources, acting as an escalation point and removing impediments to achieve goals and objectivesEngage in hands-on design and ensure alignment of strategy, architecture, tools/methods with software engineers and architects to execute product roadmapsCollaborate with a wide variety to stakeholders within business and technology teams to drive change required
