  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across the Group. Excellent communication skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires constant communication with other individuals and teams with the HSBC Group.
  • Naturally inquisitive and detail oriented, using probing questions to ensure details are clear, concise and documented.
  • Thorough knowledge of APIs and associated technologies (Design principles, REST, JSON, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, with excellent time management and prioritisation of work load.
  • Self- motivated enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability.
  • Utilises own initiative to resolve issues.

Experience

  • Experience working with Agile methodology and Waterfall methodology
  • Experience in BIG Data deliveries, cross platform integrations, API connectivity etc.
  • Experience of mobilising and leading project activity
  • Experience of requirements gathering & tracebility, Business analysis (current state process mapping), data analysis and testing
  • Experience in Change management across a large global banking organisation
