Our Application Testing Team Manager gets to:
Know the business: In-depth understanding of Software Test Life Cycle Management.
Designed and developed Test suites for various.
Good understanding of Testing concepts and experience in SQL for managing script deployments, and to assist team on load and performance testing.
Knowledge in automation testing frameworks like Selenium/TestNG – Experience with Ant/Maven.
Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills and an ability to come up with creative solutions to challenging problems.
Technical skills: Experience in writing test scripts and guiding the team with the same for automation tools/framework (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman).
Should have strong experience and should have handled multiple projects using automation solutions / test automation frameworks.
Keep management updated: Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
Impact the bottom line: Identify the areas of possible automation based on the analysis of existing test cases and scripts
Define SutherlandÂ’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with end users and /or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations as agreed.
Take the lead and ownership: Lead the team without any hassles and ensure that all the deliverables are met
Qualifications:Testers must:
Be skilled and knowledgeable of QA methodologies for minimum of 7 years.
Have excellent test case design skills, including fundamentals such as boundary tests, equivalence class partitioning, decision tables, pairwise/orthogonal arrays, parameterization of test data, control flow paths and component-based design.
Have strong critical thinking and static analysis/testing skills.
