What youll achieve
As a Validation Manager, you will be leading a team of engineers responsible for the Validation of Dell Enterprise Products.
You will:
Lead a team of Validation Engineers responsible for Dell Server and related Software stack.
Responsible for hiring and career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Adhere to Validation Process and Timelines
Implement/Adhere to metrics driven processes to ensure quality targets are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects.
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to meet critical milestones and schedule.
Provides oversight of resources, budgets, projects, and programs.
Drive test automation to continuously optimize test cycle time.

Heres what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent.
10+ years of testing experience with at least 2 years of experience in managing test teams.
Experience in developing automation frameworks and tools.
Good coding and debugging skills.
Excellent knowledge of REST APIs.
Experience with Agile development model.
Good knowledge on nonfunctional testing.
Working knowledge of industry standard tools set: JIRA, Confluence or equivalent.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker).
Testing experience on cloud environments (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
Experience in managing/Leading the project lifecycle end-to-end.
Strong leadership
