Job Summary:-
TE Connectivity’s Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives.

They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.

They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
Analysing Global Logistics data and delivering value through identifying opportunities to optimise process and operations and reduce cost to TE.

Presenting data in output that is clear, understandable and brings value.

Able to work across different domains and get a quick sense of the business processes & flows, to translate business problems into the data realm and identify pertinent and meaningful solutions.

Enables business partners to make informed decisions based on root cause drivers of performance by working with functional partners to develop and maintain scorecards; analysing and providing insights and performance analysis

Quickly grasps the business problem and translates into tangible, usable actionable outputs
Work with team members to understand the business problem so as to conduct effective analysis to address various business requirements.

Identify analytical use cases, size opportunities & support transformation initiatives with data analytics working with a cross-functional team of Finance Ops, Transformation leads, Reporting & Analytics.
