Your Role and ResponsibilitiesRole: Manage and deliver education in accordance with the organisation imperatives.
Contribute to the strategic direction and development of skills within the organizationRole Responsibility:
Perform skills gap analysis Mapping/Managing training plans/schedules
Manage the planning, design and implementation/delivery of all the education requirements
Overall program planning, establish controls, monitor of progress, coordinate program key tasks, owns stakeholder communication and business deliverables attainment
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Collaborate across the organization and other stakeholders as required to meet objectives
Contribute to the strategic direction and development of training within the Sector/Service Line
Measure training programs effectiveness
Analyse reports and provide insights to business
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven work experience (7- 10 years) as a learning Consultant managing Need Analysis and Learning operations for a Mid-Size / large business team (Mid -Size 7 yrs and Large Size 10 yrs)
Demonstratable work experience interacting with multiple levels of stakeholders and recommending learning solutions to meet business requirements
Demonstratable work experience using Learning Data Analytics to drive business decisions and outcomes
Design and drive education programs
Familiarity with learning tool including Learning Management Software (LMS)
Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Familiarity with alternate education models to suit the audience and business needs.
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong program management & organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Experience in working acros
