It has been set-up by an eminent council of senior academicians, policy experts, administrators, and philanthropists, with a vision to develop a new class of policy leaders for India and the region.

The second cohort of scholars commenced the year-long post-graduate program in Public Policy, Design and Management, in August 2020.

ISPP is now welcoming its third cohort in 2021.

Overview of the role and responsibilityThe Indian School of Public Policy is seeking a Learning Associate (LA) to support Faculty members in quantitative courses such as Statistics, Game Theory, Economics, Law and Economic, Economics of Public Policy, Public Finance and R-Programming.

The LA will also be responsible for assisting the instructor in managing the course schedules, uploading readings, grading assignments, collecting scholar feedback, and managing overall coursework through a learning management system.

The LA may also need to take office hours and/or seminar sessions to assist Scholars with their learning.

The LA might also be required to provide management support occasionally.

Prior experience and credentialsMust have a background in Economics/Public Policy or related fields.

Masters is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of Game Theory is a major advantage.

Should be proficient in R-Programming and data analysis.

Demonstrated ability to think critically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in an academic setting is desirable.

Previous experience working with Google Drive is desirable.

Must be comfortable making presentations and conducting seminar sessions.

Should be able to explain Economic and Statistical concepts with ease.
