Job Summary:-
Location: Chennai

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Engineering degree or any Equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Good understanding and experience in end-to-end Product Support lifecycle
Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner and help them resolve any problems faced when using the product
Proactively evaluate existing product support engineering processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiency of the overall product
Managing escalations and ensuring speedy resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Work and collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science teams for bridging the gap between the customer and the product
Coach and Lead a team of skilled Security Analysts working across multiple shifts
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience as a Product Support Engineer or as a Product Support lead for Cybersecurity and Data Analytics domains
Good understanding of Cybersecurity, Internet Traffic and Bot Trends
Experience in internet API traffic and packet Data Analysis
Hands on experience with No SQL, GCP Big Query and Python Scripting
Experience in handling customer queries and escalations
Ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative, with minimum supervision
