Job Summary:-
Lead NLP Data Scientist responsibilities include managing the data science team, planning data science related activities and building AI/ML models.

Responsibilities
Engage in translating business requirements into AI/ML Models.

Manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers and full stack engineers.

Lead data mining and data collection procedures from different network elements.

Ensure data quality and integrity by building tools.

Visualize data and create reports.

Experiment with new models and techniques using state of art AI/ML publications.

Align data projects with organizational goals

Requirements
MS in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Math, Statistics or a related Engineering degree.

10+ years Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.

8+ years’ experience in managing and analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured data using R or Python.

5+ years’ experience in Natural Language Processing, including sentiment analysis, text summarization, and conversational interfaces
5+ years’ experience in Recommendation systems, including content customization and customer engagement improvement
Experience with machine learning libraries and packages such as PyTorch, Caffe2, TensorFlow, Keras or Theano.

Experience with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, plotly, ggplot2.

A knack for statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Excellent communication skills and Strong organizational and leadership skills
A business mindset
