Leading a team of data analytics and business domain professionals to design, develop, and implement custom solutions and products for clients and the firm
Lead analytics engagements involving descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics by using techniques including EDA, data engineering, AI/ML models (e.
g.
, ensemble models), predictive modelling g.
, Regression, Decision Tree/Machine learning algorithms e.
g.
, Time Series Forecasting, Market Basket Analysis, Clustering (e.
g.
K- means)/Risk based modelling, Predictive Maintenance, Optimization, principal component analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation
Manage a team of data science and analytics professionals and domain experts to ideate and implement analytics solutions, products, services to customers
Responsible for hiring, training & development, KRA setting, and performance management
Business responsibilities include revenue planning, budgeting, capacity planning, resource allocation, project management, workflow measurement, management reporting, and sales support
Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction
Technical Skills:
Including Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, Cloud Computing, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Java, Angular, C++, UI/UX, Statistical and mathematical modeling, and MS Office
Marketing, business development, organization development support
Support on collaterals and samples
Contribute towards marketing & thought leadership content
Sales support includes, prospect identification, preparing project proposals, presentations, and promotional collateral to market solutions to potential customers
Educational, experience, and skills requirements:
Graduate/post-graduate or equivalent in statistics, applied mathematics, financial mathematics/econometrics, engineering, operations research, computer science, or another highly technical or quantitative field.
