Purpose of Job
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence analyst for a 100% Remote Work Environment.

This position is the Lead for USAA’s Credit Card Data and Analytics Team.

The Credit Line-of Business is one of the most critical and dynamic at USAA, generating 25% of all of USAA’s PTI and involving the most complex and deep data environment of any product line.

The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in the leadership of seven high performing Business Intelligence Analysts that support an organization of 200+ Experience Owners that run the Credit Card business.

The candidate will be working with top-tier visualization software (Tableau) and wok with data that spans cloud based, Netezza and Hadoop environments.

Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to analysts and decision makers.

Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.

Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.

May provide consultation to users and lead cross functional teams to address business issues.

Prototypes solutions for displaying information based on business needs.
