Responsibilities:
Responsible for capturing, elaborating business requirements & real-time analytics use cases in the Retail Banking Digital journey, customer campaign and real-time analytics and translate them into user stories and functional design.
Engage and Elicit business requirements from stakeholders in a challenging environment
Documenting the process/data flows & data mapping, processing and validation rules for use cases
Ensure development team is able to deliver to business requirements
Adhere to SCRUM timeline and deliver accordingly
Prepare UAT testcase and log the results
Co-ordinate UAT Testing with business community
Prepare User Manuals and conduct Business User training sessions on product
Step up into Scrum Master role as needed
Strategy
Responsibilities that are related to the development and implementation of Big Data based projects/solutions for CPBB Data initiatives aligned to CPBB Data strategy.
Business
Should have prior work experience in Retail Banking domain and should have an understanding of retail banking products like CASA, Deposits, Loans and Cards.
Processes
Should have at least 10 years experience in end-to-end SDLC process in waterfall or Agile mode of delivery.
Should have participated in Agile ceremonies.
Should have DevOps experience and CI/CD pipeline deployment
Should have sound understanding of technology Risk Management processes
