What will you be doing
Based in our highly collaborative office environments in Pune, we are looking for a business analyst who will work on a market leading risk management system that offers cross-asset coverage, asset-specific desk-level risk management and calculates enterprise-wide Basel II/III-compliant market and credit risk metrics.
You will be working on a variety of existing and new projects and will bring domain expertise to the product development team.
You will be involved in specifying, building, testing the product, defining project requirements, working with product managers and business analysts from across the group and support ongoing activities
What you bring
Knowledge / Experience
Very good understanding of Capital Markets and Financial risk management
Strong Understanding of at least one financial asset class and its valuation, trade lifecycle, market and/or credit risk management.
Knowledge of Basel Regulatory framework preferred
Skills
Have good analytical skills and have eye for detail
Willingness to go extra mile to understand the functional requirements
Able to communicate effectively at all levels, using a range of communication styles, skills, and processes
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work with multi
