BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in hands-on analytics
Working knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse as well as Advanced
Excel(Array, Statistical formulas and Macros)
Data Management skills – ability to work with a variety of data sources and pull data using
efficient query development that requires less post processing
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings
in a clear and concise manner
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and
meeting deadlines
Communication skills – ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English. Demonstrated
ability to communicate complex technical problems, analytical insights and business
implications in simple plain stories. Ability to present information professionally & concisely
with supporting data
Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional
organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Working knowledge of Advanced Analytics tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau and Python
