Introduction:
The purpose of the Junior Governance & Reporting Analyst role is to support the Colleague Onboarding Service Governance Team leadership ensure the continued operational health of the bank’s colleague onboarding processes.

This will be done through day-to-day monitoring of service performance metrics, and engagement with onboarding delivery teams to identify problem themes and seek remedial solutions.

The role will also be involved in monitoring new joiner colleague satisfaction with the Digital Colleague Onboarding System, as well as engaging with junior HR and Technology team members to track a variety of activities in the operational process and system enhancement areas
What will you be doing?
Supporting your Line Manager to ensure that new joiner processes are meeting expected standards by proactively monitoring performance measures with service owners (HR Operations, CSO and GTIS) using data dashboards
