As a Junior Analyst intern, this position will support the WalkMe initiativeby working closely with various departments/key stakeholders in analyzing and defining new business requirements with the goal to provide effective technical solutions and improving processes.

This will include implementation, testing, and coordinated release of solutions within the WalkMe application.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multiple operational and technical business units across the organization to understand, document, and evaluate processes
Conduct interviews to gather business requirements
Translate business requirements into specifications
Interpret business requirements into feasible options, communicating these back to the business stakeholders
Identify and implement a solution within the WalkMe platform to address identified needs
Communicate with identified stakeholders to coordinate changes and releases of solutions to UAT and production environments
Qualifications:
Must be a current student attending an accredited institute of higher learning
Must have a 3.

0 or higher GPA
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree related to business analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, information management, finance or economics
Ability to document and translate operational processes to technical requirements
Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format
Passion for process improvement
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and self-directed
Customer service orientation
Analytical skills to assess effectiveness in meeting business needs
