Junior Business Analyst
Support senior BA to elicit & document requirements like PRD, URS, FRS, RTM and Impact Analysis etc
Support development team for functional clarifications with help of seniors
Perform functional testing to ensure that all requirements are implemented as per requirements documents
Update URS, FRS & RTM to include the approved change requests
Update status periodically or when requested
Requirement:Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking
Expected to perform duties with little supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management
Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practices
Requirement:Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
Mentor team members to improve their skills and quality of the work
Knowledge in SDLC
Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment
Ability to consistently perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task is essential
