Project Management Officer (PMO)
The position
Intertrust its strategy is defined around the three pillars: clients & services, technology & innovation and people.
As a Project Management Officer you will join The Global Digital Implementation Team, which is highly involved in the technology & innovation work stream and instrumental in the journey to become a leading tech-enabled company.
This team has introduced a new way of working to design, develop and implement software products that replaces the old way of working.
They are launching a digitized environment, with the aim to move towards more automation in the near future.
The first products in the compliance and risk category have been built and we are at the doorstep of rolling these out to all our operational offices around the world working with colleagues from Singapore to Curacao.
As Project Management Officer, you will be supporting the rollout of our new applications worldwide, working closely with your colleagues all over the world.
The activities range from drafting a presentation for the implementation in a new jurisdiction, collecting information for communication message, managing the updates on our Kanban board or updating the progress reports.

Within Intertrust, you are the initiator of innovations and the driver behind digitalization.
Your team is working closely together with business and IT stakeholders to implement our digital strategy, for all Intertrust jurisdictions globally.
To be successful in this role, you should be eager to learn new skills and have the ability to easily adapt and absorb new information in a changing environment.
You will apply your organizational expertise as your communication skills to achieve the expected results.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the implementation team by managing the administration round the implementations like managing the trackers, creating presentations or progress reports
Facilitate meetings by preparing the agendas of the diverse governance bodies, facilitate decision making, creating meeting notes and monitor follow up of action items
Guiding change management activities, such as the creation and coordination of communication activities, and the managemen
